The working principle of low-speed machine edge crusher is mainly based on dual axis or single axis low-speed rotation, and the material is physically crushed by cutting, slicing, tearing, pulling, etc. through the cutterhead. Its core structure includes the relative motion between the driving shaft and the driven shaft, utilizing the squeezing, tearing, and shearing effects generated by the staggered arrangement of spiral tooth cutters to achieve material crushing.

Specific work process

1‌. Material entry: The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port and begins to be crushed under the cutting and squeezing action of the rotating cutter head.

2‌. Crushing mechanism: The cutting disc on the active shaft and the stationary cutting disc on the housing form relative motion, and preliminary crushing is completed through the impact and friction of the blade.

3‌. Particle discharge: Materials that do not meet the fineness requirements are returned to the silo for further crushing, while qualified particles are discharged through the discharge outlet.  ‌12
